Thanks to that API, we could begin with putting builtin functions inside classes, thus making AerScript more OOP language.

I would like to implement some API allowing for easily implementing a builtin classes. This should allow to set a proper class name, implement properties, constants and methods, including methods overloading. Thanks to that API, we could begin with putting builtin functions inside classes, thus making AerScript more OOP language.
