Netwide Assembler is being used for X86 and X86_64 assembly. It is not capable of compiling ARM-specific code. It is necessary o find out and choose assembler for ARMv7 and AARCH64 that will be provided by LLVM-based XT Toolchain.
No ARM support at the moment.
